Booking Policy: Please book using the booking link. The link is available for you all to be able to easily see my availability. Appointments will not be accepted via text or DM unless it is a squeeze-in. Once you book you will receive a confirmation text and email. Arrival: Being more than 10 minutes late will result in a cancelled appointment and a 50% service charge. You must be in the room at the 10 minute mark. Please allow enough time for parking, traffic, bad weather etc. Once you arrive to your appointment please text 612-430-6167. Payment: A $20 deposit is taken from the card uploaded upon booking. The balance will be payed after your appointment with cash, card, or Apple Pay. Deposits are non-refundable and non-negotiable. Cancellations: Any appointment canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and will not be allowed to re-book. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment in advance you can do so using the link provided in the confirmation email. Cancellation fees are non-negotiable. Guests: Guests are not allowed. Please come to your appointment alone due to limited space and distractions. Squeeze-Ins: If you need an appointment, but you do not see any availability, please send us a text and we may be able to squeeze you in at an additional cost. My squeeze-in fee is $45. Fills: You must have 40-50% of your lashes left for it to be considered a fill. Anything less than that will be considered a full set. Fills are recommended 2-3 weeks after your initial appointment. Touch up's are recommended 3-7 days after your initial appointment. If you scheduled a fill or touch up and your lashes don't meet the requirements please communicate with your lash tech for timing purposes. We accept foreign fills for an additional $20. Refunds: I do not offer refunds. In the case that you are unsatisfied or there is a problem with your service, you can contact me within 3 days of your service for a complimentary touch up or fix. It's important to me that you LOVE your lashes and that they are long lasting! Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows, cancellations, and rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
